A landmark study, first published in Diagnostics and later featured in Endovascular and other top-tier science and news outlets, reports that Uterine Artery Embolization (UAE), a non-surgical procedure for uterine fibroids, significantly improves patients’ quality of life when performed in an outpatient setting. The research, conducted by members of USA Fibroid Centers, is the largest study to date on UAE, encompassing 1285 patients, and highlights the effectiveness and accessibility of this treatment option.
